FAQs

Our pools are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. Sun loungers are available during the main season from March 1st to January 6th. There are three pools: a kiddie pool at the bottom of the complex, a slightly larger pool in the middle, and the big pool at the top, which is generally quieter. Please ensure you close the parasols when you leave and return the sunbeds to their original positions. This is greatly appreciated by the community

Gym
You can book on the day, but just to make sure you have the run of the facilities (it was getting pretty crowded) ask your host for the booking link!

We’re flexible, but our rules don’t bend
Get familiar with the ‘normas’ for our little community.
Gym normas
In general, the normas for our community is to leave things as you found them. Place all weights back so they’re ready for the next guests. We book in slots (above) to ensure we don’t have overcrowding.
Pool normas
There are posters dotted around with common sense rules for the pool areas but since we don’t have staff looking after the pools, the key one is to just ensure umbrellas are placed down, tidy around loungers when you leave and stack loungers off the grass when done so the grass can be watered at night (or we tend to get brown patches :)
Being a good neighbour
It’s a peaceful slice of Costa Del Sol, and a good amount of people live here 24/7/365 and this is their home and they like having your fun around but not if it’s too noisy or otherwise disruptive.
Everyone is fairly chilled here, so no raves please :D
